Large sized hailstones fell in Madhya Pradesh and Haryana yesterday. The size of hailstones is so large that the crop is likely to suffer extensive damage. Due to hail, the standing crop in the fields has suffered a lot. The rain has damaged not just crops but also thousands of tonnes of urea. Thousands of sacks of urea have been drenched due to administrative mismanagement. Due to this also farmers are being hit double.

मध्य प्रदेश में कल बड़े आकार के ओले गिरे. ओलो के आकार इतने बड़े है की फसल को व्यापक नुक्सान होने की संभावना है. ओले पड़ने से खेतों में खड़ी फसल को काफी नुकसान पहुंचा है. बारिश ने सिर्फ फसलों को नहीं बल्कि हजारों टन यूरिया को भी नुकसान पहुंचाया है. प्रशासनिक बदइंतज़ामी के चलते हजारों बोरी यूरिया भीग गया है. इस वजह से भी किसानों पर दोहरी मार पड़ रही है.
