YouTube bans 'implied' threats, Twitter backs overhaul of social media to stem disinformation

YouTube broadens its anti-harassment policies on Wednesday to include a ban on "implied" threats along with insults based on race, gender identity or sexual orientation, while Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey announces he would fund an independent team dubbed Bluesky to develop an 'open and decentralized standard for social media'
