The bizarre moment is captured as pigeons with cowboy hats are spotted in Las Vegas.

"I was walking to my home when I spotted the pigeon. I was initially amused by the sight of a pigeon wearing a cowboy hat. So I took photos and a video of the pigeon. After that, I tried to get the pigeon so I can take its hat off, but I couldn't," said the filmer on the incident from December 5.

Animal rights groups have raised concerns that the glue holding the hats onto the pigeon's heads is not at all funny and is quite harmful to the birds.
