A heartwarming moment captured on April 12 of a super capable boy, Derek, happily playing with his lovable puppy in Chone, Ecuador.

Derek suffers from several medical conditions both physical and internal. He can't hear of speak, has one kidney, and feeds through tubes. Doctors in Ecuador cannot determined the causes.

Despite his condition, Derek is a happy baby with his favorite puppy that makes him laugh with joy and excitement.
