Brazen bike thief caught in the act by owner on busy London street

This was the moment a brazen bike thief was caught in the act by the owner on Finchley Road, London.
Footage from September 17 shows a man attempting to get the bike from its locked position by removing the wheels.
The owner subsequently arrives and confronts the would-be thief deterring him.
The filmer explains: "On my commute home there was suspicious activity at the bike rack.
"I stopped riding and continued to film as events unfolded watching from a safe distance.
"Luckily the owner of the bike arrived and was able to stop the theft."
The suspected thief returns to the scene to pick up something he left behind but is heard saying "I don't want trouble with none of you," while giving a thumbs up.
