नागरिकता संशोधन बिल पर राज्यसभा में चर्चा हो रही है... कांग्रेस सांसद कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि हम इस बिल का विरोध करते हैं. गृह मंत्री ने कहा था कि कांग्रेस ने धर्म के आधार पर देश का विभाजन किया. इस कारण हमें ये बिल लाना पड़ा है. सिब्बल ने कहा कि मैं हैरान हूं कि वो कौन सी किताब में ये पढ़ें हैं. टू नेशन की थ्योरी वीर सावरकर ने दी थी. मैं गृह मंत्री से मांग करता हूं कि वो बयान पर माफी मांगे.
