The spring school dance is looming on the Luna High school calendar. Danny wants to ask Linda but is too shy. Miss Campbell wants to ask Harry but is also too shy. Meanwhile Klone has a new invention: A tune that invokes non- stop dancing, and he plans to try it out at the school dance. It's a great success as the kids and staff can't stop dancing (including Harry). Klone, Miss Chi, Kit and Kon, unaffected as they are wearing ear protectors, leave the dance. They blast the tune via giant speakers throughout the entire city, causing the city folk to start dancing and enabling Klone's crew to take all that they desire.
