Blustery wind caused by Storm Atiyah blows a ladder onto a man's head standing below.
The man in the video, Chris White, said; "I was putting up decorations on his house at the time.
"I only have only minor bruises on my head and shoulder. I got quite lucky with only a bruised head and shoulder, spilled tea and the car got a scuff on the bonnet."
The CCTV footage was captured on Sunday (December 8) in Kidderminster, England.
