VR game recreates immersive experience as a frontline protester
  • 4 years ago
Six months of social unrest in Hong Kong has been turned into a VR game by a team of pro-democracy developers. The game, ‘Liberate Hong Kong’, allows players to have an immersive experience as a frontline protester using virtual reality technology. By wearing a VR headset, players can experience the chaos during clashes. Game developers hope this game can help address the public’s criticism of the protesters. ‘Liberate Hong Kong’ has been downloaded around 4,000 times so far.
