Blows were allegedly exchanged and stones thrown between rival supporters outside the building where the PKR Youth congress is taking place.
It is learnt that an unidentified man sustained a head injury after he was hit by a stone fistfights were witnessed outside the Melaka International Trade Centre(MITC) hall in Ayer Keroh on Friday.
