With NBC Following 'AGT' Controversy Union left 'America's Got Talent' after one season
amid reports she had complained about a
"toxic" culture, racial bias and discrimination. She spent five hours on Tuesday
meeting with network representatives
in order to push for "real change" on the show. Gabrielle Union,

via Twitter NBC has promised to look into Union's complaints and hailed the meeting as "candid and productive." According to Deadline, NBC plans to
bring in an independent investigator to
probe the show and 'AGT' creator Simon Cowell. A petition was filed by Time's Up, urging NBC Universal
leaders to take Union's allegations seriously and to
take steps on workplace health and safety.
