Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, on Wednesday, said that 11,000 Wi-Fi-hotspots will be set up across Delhi. Addressing a press conference in the national capital, 4000 hotspots will be set up at bus stops, 7000 will be established in markets etc. First 100 hotspots will be inaugurated on December 16 and will cost around Rs 100 crores.
