Find saved files for games that save progress to disk. Works on Windows 10.
First part is about how to use File Explorer to find game files by modification time without needing any additional software.
The second option is Process Monitor, which shows the files a game is accessing in real time.
Searching multiple directories by modification time in File Explorer:
