The targets is hanging by the tree just west side of royal library After that return to crossbow bodkin, he can be found on snaerfelt campsite Reward : 4 sprigs of pretty betsy Note : if you finish all the targets in Erdrea return to Boo in Gallopolis to receive another reward : Happy Hat and Crossbow Collosus accolades
