A Homeless girl comes into to Med with life threatening seizures yet Dr Choi and Dr. Sexton cannot find any leads until they find a cockroach that had traveled deep into the teen's nostrils.

Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Bekkar are persuaded into performing a risky surgery on Dr. Bekkar's mentor while he is still conscious. Meanwhile, Dr. Choi and April suspect their patient is the victim of domestic abuse. Dr. Halstead and Dr. Manning are forced to deliver a premature baby. Also, Dr. Daniel Charles and Dr. Reese visit Cook County jail to give inmates their physicals.
