While addressing in the Parliament on November 26, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Today, November 26 marks the historic day. 70 years ago, we made our Constitution. First of all, I pay tribute to all those who lost their lives in the 26/11 terror attack in Mumbai. The Constitution of India highlights both the rights and duties of citizens. This is a special aspect of our Constitution.”
