'Thought the plane was going to explode!' Landing gear on flight to Bogota produces scary shower of sparks

The terrifying moment is captured as the landing gear smashes the pavement and creates a shower of sparks aboard an Avior Airlines flight in Bogota, Colombia on Friday night (November 22).
"I usually record the landings, but when that happened, the only thing I thought was that the plane was going to explode!" said Jose, the filmer.
Jose was on going to Bogota to spend a vacation here when he captured the terrifying moment on the flight from his hometwown of Valencia, Venezuela.
"What happened was the landing gear failed because the pilot landed very hard and the right wing's landing gear collapsed," said Jose.
There were no injuries, according to Jose.
"I usually record the landings, but when that happened, the only thing I thought was that the plane was going to explode!" said Jose, the filmer.
