Chilliest day of season but warming up gradually from Thursday

Despite the chilly conditions, the air was very clean today....
But we did have very dry air in places. Let's get more details from our Natalie Seok at the weather center, Natalie?
Yes, the morning lows were the lowest of the season so far, and dry air alerts were issued in the eastern part of Gangwon-do Province. So, if you're in that area, do take the necessary precautions against forest fires.
Temperatures will rise tomorrow, recovering to similar levels to this time last year. And we can look forward to mild daytime highs on Friday and over the weekend as they will hover at around 16 degrees Celsius.
Although temperatures will climb higher during the day, we have big temperature gaps between day and night. So do dress accordingly.
The lows will be higher than they were this morning, but they will stay below freezing for the northern and central parts of the country.
Seoul starts the day at minus 1 degree Celsius, Daejeon minus 2, Gyeongju minus 3, and Jeju 8 degrees.
But the sun will boost tomorrow's highs right up.
Temperatures will peak at 9 degrees in Seoul, 15 in Gwangju and 17 in Busan.
On Friday which is Soseol, the start of icy conditions according to the traditional calendar, it'll gradually get warmer, recovering to seasonal norms. And we'll have clear skies over the weekend, but Sunday will be wet across the country.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
