Give Free Flu Shots
to Detained Migrants.
Doctors worried that the Trump
administration is withholding flu shots from
detained migrants in CA sent a letter to the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) dated Nov. 5.
In the letter, the doctors
propose a mobile vaccination unit
with no cost to the government.

The doctors recently
formed the group, Doctors
for Camp Closure, D4CC.
According to an anonymous
spokesperson, DHS declined the offer.

The doctors who signed the letter
say that withholding flu shots from
migrants puts both them and the public at risk.
