Venice is once again underwater after high tide brought fresh flooding.
The Italian city has been flooded for days, in a crisis that has cost millions of Euros and forced the closure of many schools and businesses.
On Tuesday the city saw a high-water peak of 187cm -- its highest level in 50 years. The Italian government declared a state of emergency.
