City of Westminster Police has confirmed a vehicle is "non-suspicious" after officers set up a cordon near Buckingham Palace on Friday (November 15).
City of Westminster Police tweeted: "The vehicle in Constitution Hill, SW1, has been deemed to be non-suspicious. The incident is now being stood down and cordons are in the process of being lifted. Thank you for your patience."
