Boris Johnson has unveiled his election bus during a launch in Greater Manchester. The bus contains the slogan: "Back Boris and vote Conservative to... Get Brexit Done". The prime minister explained the need for a bus and for an election was because "parliament is unfortunately paralysed". He then went on to compare parliament to a blocked pipe "or an anaconda that has swallowed a tapir". Report by Thomasl.
