Buddy Valastro is known from the TLC show "Cake Boss," but his small-town bakery, Carlo’s Bakery, has been a staple in Hoboken, New Jersey, since 1910. The bakery is loved for more than its extraordinary cakes, wowing customers with its signature Italian pastries.
