Maharashtra should get new govt before year ends: NCP’s Ajit Pawar

After the core committee meeting of NCP, party leader Ajit Pawar said a joint committee of NCP and Congress was established by Sharad Pawar to take further decisions on formation of government in Maharashtra. “Our leader Jayant Patil and Congress president Balasaheb Thorat will take the decision together,” said Ajit Pawar. “And later on the NCP and Congress party will talk to Shiv Sena,” he further added. He also said, “Today in the meeting, all our MLAs said that government should be formed as early as possible. Even I think before the new year begins, Maharashtra should get a government.
