Bolivia's president - Evo Morales - has announced his resignation - describing attempts to force him from power in the wake of last month's disputed election as a coup. Mr Morales had been under increasing pressure to step down - with the head of the armed forces calling on him to leave and bring peace to the country. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
