Breaking: Government withdraws SPG security of Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka

The Centre on Friday downgraded the security of Congress' Gandhi family from elite SPG cover to CRPF Z plus security. The Congress leaders whose SPG security cover was stripped include former party chief Rahul Gandhi, interim party President Sonia Gandhi and party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. All three leaders will now have Z plus category protection covered by Central Reserve Police Force all over India.
