The signing of the 'phase one' trade deal between Washington and Beijing might get delayed as the two sides haven't agreed on the details yet.
According to Reuters, a senior official at the Trump administration says the meeting between U.S. President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to sign the deal could be delayed until December because discussions continue over terms and the venue.
The official reportedly added that while a deal is likely, there is a small possibility that a deal won't be reached.
The two sides have been searching from Asia to Europe for venues for the signing following the cancellation of the Asia-Pacific summit in Chile where the two leaders were originally scheduled to meet.
