After becoming the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the first 'janta darbar' of the government will be decorated in Jammu today. Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu will reach the secretariat at 9:30 am and inspect the Guard of Honor. The special thing will be that the darbar will be open for the common people for two hours from Monday. From 2 pm to 4 pm, any citizen can reach the darbar with his complaint. This arrangement will be effective on other days except holidays.

जम्मू-कश्मीर के केंद्र शासित प्रदेश बनने के बाद सरकार का पहला दरबार आज जम्मू में सज जाएगा। सुबह साढ़े नौ बजे उपराज्यपाल गिरीश चंद्र मुर्मू सचिवालय पहुंचेंगे और गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर का निरीक्षण करेंगे। खास बात यह होगी कि आम लोगों के लिए सोमवार से दरबार दो घंटे के लिए खुलेगा। दोपहर दो बजे से शाम चार बजे तक कोई भी नागरिक अपनी फरियाद लेकर दरबार में पहुंच सकता है। अवकाश के दिनों को छोड़कर अन्य दिनों में यह व्यवस्था प्रभावी रहेगी। अनुच्छेद 370 हटाए जाने के बाद दरबार पहली बार जम्मू आया है।
