स्पेन में कोर्ट ने एक गैंगरेप के मामले में एक ऐसा अजीबो गरीब फैसला सुनाया है. कि पूरे देश में विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू हो गए. दरअसल, कोर्ट ने 14 वर्ष की बच्‍ची के साथ बलात्‍कार के मामले में पांच दोषियों को सिर्फ इसलिए छोड़ दिया कि घटना के समय लड़की शराब के नशे में होने से बेहोश थी. कोर्ट ने मान लिया कि लड़की बेहोश थी इसलिए उसका रेप नहीं हो सकता है। कोर्ट ने न सिर्फ दोषियों को रिहा कर दिया बल्कि उन पर यौन उत्‍पीड़न जैसे हल्‍के आरोप तय करके यह कह डाला कि उन्‍होंने लड़की के साथ किसी भी तरह का रेप नहीं किया है। कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद से स्पेन में विरोध प्रदर्शनों का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है।
