Patel Jayanti: Priyanka Gandhi's attack on BJP, said - BJP has no Freedom Fighters. Describing Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as a stalwart of the Congress who was strongly opposed to the RSS, party leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday said she felt happy seeing the BJP's attempts to "adopt" the "Iron Man of India" as it showed that the saffron party did not have a great freedom fighter of its own.

कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने देश के पहले गृह मंत्री सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल की जयंती पर उन्हें याद किया और बीजेपी और आरएसएस पर निशाना साधा. प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने कहा कि पटेल RSS के सख्त खिलाफ थे और आज सत्ताधारी पार्टी को उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि देते देख बहुत खुशी होती है. उन्होंने ये दावा भी किया कि बीजेपी का अपना कोई स्वतंत्रता सेनानी महापुरुष नहीं है.
