According to the OECD's Consumer Price Index released on Wednesday,... Seoul's consumer prices for September decreased two-point-five percent on-year.
Watchers say stagnant private investment affected the inflation rate,... and the Korea Development Institute said the falling consumer price index is not just caused by supply side factors, but also because demand has fallen.
