As counting of votes is underway in Haryana, BJP candidate from Dadri constituency, Babita Phogat on Thursday thanked people who supported her in the Haryana assembly election.
She said, “The kind of respect they gave me, I am thankful for it. People trust the work by BJP and that's why they vote for the party.” Independent candidate Sombir is leading from the Dadri constituency seat. Haryana has a 90-member assembly.
The state went to polls in a single phase on October 21. Counting of votes began at 8 am today.
