Rain on east coast and Jeju, no major chill

Good morning. Korea's east coast and Jeju as well as Gyeongsang-do Province will see showers again today. The east coast will see 20 to 60 millimeters into the afternoon, while the Gyeongsang-do regions will receive rain all day until tomorrow morning.
Today is Sanggang, meaning the frost descent and it marks the end of autumn according to the seasonal indicator. But temperatures will continue to be warmer than seasonal averages. Even morning lows are hovering in the mid teens in most parts. We should be looking at mid to upper single digits around this time of year.
Daily highs will be in the low twenties in most areas 3 to 5 degrees higher than the seasonal norms, Seoul and Gwangju will see 23 degrees while rain affected regions will be relatively cooler. Also, we'll have clean air today.
Readings will gradually go down as the day goes on. Starting this weekend, we'll have much cooler lows, dropping to the single digits in Seoul.
