Luna (Chantal Videla) volunteers to help in Teresa's (Judy Ann Santos) medical mission in Barrio Maulap because she aspires to be like Teresa someday. While Luna idolizes Teresa, George (Grae Fernandez) shares that she should idolize Doc Philip (Raymart Santiago) instead. Upon getting home, Lolita (Anna Luna) gets angry at her for volunteering, because Lolita is now doubtful of Teresa's motive for their public service.
