The Infosys audit committee has already sprung to action and fast tracked the investigation on the whistleblower complaint against Infosys CEO Salil Parekh and CFO Nilanjan Roy. The audit committee is likely to question former CFO MD Ranganath and former deputy CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka about the allegations, people aware of the development told CNBC-TV18.
