A Seoul court has issued arrest warrants for four college students on charges of breaking into the U.S. ambassador's residence late last week.
On Monday, the Seoul District Court approved prosecutors' request to issue the warrants,... citing the possibility of the students fleeing and destroying evidence.
Seventeen members of a progressive college student group used ladders last Friday to climb over the wall of the U.S. Ambassador Harry Harris' residence in central Seoul to protest Washington's demand for Seoul to sharply raise its share of the cost for the upkeep of U.S. troops in South Korea.
Prosecutors requested arrest warrants for seven of the students,... but the court declined warrants for three of them.
