Philippine athletes train at the 9-line track and field facility at the Athletics Stadium in New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac. The stadium, one of the venues in the Philippines where the 30th Southeast Asian Games will be staged, has a 20,000 seating capacity. Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go and Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano lead the inspection of the New Clark City Sports Complex on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
