Five people have been detained in connection with the murder of the president of a little known Hindu Samaj Party, Kamlesh Tiwari, in Lucknow on Friday, 18 October.
Tiwari, who was earlier associated with a faction of the Hindu Mahasabha, was found dead at his home in Khurshed Bagh under the Naka Hindola area in Lucknow.
