Yogi Adityanath's government in Uttar Pradesh has banned the use of mobile phones in the state's colleges and universities. A circular in this regard has been issued by the Directorate of Higher Education in Uttar Pradesh. The circular calls for a ban on the use of mobile phones inside universities and colleges. Students will no longer be allowed to carry or use mobile phones inside universities and colleges.

उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी आदित्यनाथ की सरकार ने राज्य के कॉलेजों और विश्वविद्यालयों में मोबाइल फोन के इस्तेमाल पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। उत्तर प्रदेश में उच्चतर शिक्षा निदेशालय द्वारा इस संबंध में एक सर्कुलर जारी किया गया है। सर्कुलर में विश्वविद्यालयों और कॉलेजों के अंदर मोबाइल फोन के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की बात कही गई है। छात्रों को अब विश्वविद्यालयों और कॉलेजों के अंदर मोबाइल फोन लेकर आने या उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
