The police arrested two accused in connection with the murder of former vice-chancellor of Alliance University in Bengaluru. Ayyappa Dore was hacked to death on Tuesday night near his residence in RT Nagar. The police arrested Sudhir Angur and other accused. Sudhir Angur is the chief of Alliance University. Sudhir Angur and his brother Madhukar Angur were at loggerheads over some issues. Ayyappa Dore reportedly helped Madhukar and also moved court against Sudhir in a land dispute case.

Sudhir allegedly gave Rs 1 crore supari to accused Suraj to murder Ayyappa. Accused Suraj used to work as an executive at Alliance University.
