Temperature recovers back to seasonal norms

When we transition between seasons, our body's biorhythms fail to keep up with the wide temperature differences, leading to exhaustion and lethargy.
To ease these symptoms, get enough sleep for at least six to seven hours and try to go to bed around the similar time every day to recover your body's rhythm.
Eating habits and daily exercise are also very important.
Tomorrow is going to be cloudier than today and the temperature will not drop significantly for the time being,... going above seasonal average readings by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius during the day.
