Ex-Thomas Cook staff anger at company's committee session

Former Thomas Cook cabin crew attended the collapsed company's business select committee session on Tuesday. The committee heard from chief executive Peter Fankhauser and other senior figures about the company's failure. Former cabin crew member Jacqueline Patton told a reporter outside Portcullis House: "I now know five exact reasons why Thomas Cook failed; they were sitting in front of me". Report by Jonesia.
