Fashion models showcasing the 2020 spring and summer collections will be strutting their stuff at the Seoul Fashion Week, which kicks off on Monday at Dongdaemun Design Plaza in central Seoul.
The nation's biggest fashion event will host runways for 32 top South Korean designers including Gee Chun-hee and Song Zio,… as well as the works of hundreds of rising artists.
It has invited some 500 buyers from home and abroad, the biggest number ever, providing a major business platform for the local fashion industry.
Also, for the first time, Seoul Fashion Week has collaborated with one of the world's big 4 - London Fashion Week, as Seoul aspires to become part of a new Big 5.
Meanwhile, in line with the global sustainable development movement, it is set to hold a Sustainable Fashion Summit Seoul with 24 foreign experts, sending a message beyond fashion and business.
