These cookies would work brilliantly with any selection box of chocs. We recommend keeping the cream-centred chocs, caramels and toffee pennies for tucking inside the cookie dough (otherwise they ooze everywhere and make a bit of a mess), and the more solid ones - fudges, chocolate blocks, green triangles - for the top.
