The ongoing tussle within the Congress party has increased just before the Haryana and Maharashtra assembly elections. Salman Khurshid has expressed grief over Rahul Gandhi's resignation from the post of president, saying that he left the party. On the other hand, Rashid Alvi has also given a statement on Rahul Gandhi's resignation. At the same time, BJP has taken a dig at the condition of the Congress, terming the party as leader, policy and devoid of intention.

हरियाणा और महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले कांग्रेस पार्टी के अंदर जारी खींचतान बढ़ गई है। सलमान खुर्शीद ने राहुल गांधी के अध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफे पर दुख जताते हुए कहा है कि वो पार्टी को छोड़ गए। दूसरी तरफ राशिद अल्वी ने भी राहुल गांधी के इस्तीफे पर बयान दिया है। वहीं बीजेपी ने कांग्रेस की हालत पर चुटकी लेते हुए पार्टी को नेता, नीति और नीयत विहीन करार दिया है।
