టీడీపీలో ఎమ్మెల్యేగా గెలిచినా..పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి రాలేదు. మాజీ మంత్రిగా చక్రం తిప్పినా..ఇప్పుడు పొలిటికల్ యాక్టివ్ గా లేరు. టీడీపీలో ఉన్నా..లేనట్లుగానే ఉంటున్నారు. ఆయన పార్టీ వీడటం ఖాయమనే ప్రచారం చాలా రోజులుగా సాగుతోంది. బీజేపీలోకి అని కొన్ని సార్లు..కాదు వైసీపీలో చేరుతున్నారని కొన్ని సార్లు ప్రచారం సాగింది. గంటా మాత్రం తన రాజకీయ భవిష్యత్ మీద స్పష్టత మాత్రం ఇవ్వలేదు. గంటా టీడీపీలో కొనసాగుతారా లేదా అనే దానికి సమాధానంగా ఆయన ఈ రోజు పార్టీ విశాఖ ఉత్తర నియోజకవర్గ సమన్వయ కమిటీ సమావేశానికి హాజరయ్యారు.
