Today marks Han-ro in Korea, which is when the weather gets colder and frost starts to appear in the morning.
Tomorrow, the temperatures in the mountains of Gangwon-do Province will plunge down to sub-zero readings, and inland regions will see single-digit readings.
The central region and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province are expected to be issued with the first cold wave alert of the season as of 11 PM tonight,... the earliest for cold weather alerts to be issued since 2004.
Despite the low temperatures, conditions outside will be inviting, with sunny skies and mild temperatures in the afternoon.

The cold morning lows are expected to rise back up into the teens by Thursday.
But expect to see another plunge in temperatures next week.
