Siblings who immigrated from Thailand lost their life savings when Hurricane Michael blew through Panama City, Florida, last October. The home the brother and sister had purchased with their savings was completely flattened by the Category 5 strength winds. When we last talked with them it seemed like the American dream had turned into a nightmare. However, a year later their story has a much different ending, as the siblings have a new home and hope for the future.
