SpotboyE.com has it that Nawazuddin Siddiqui was the first choice for one of the roles in Aankhen 2. We hear, the actor had been given a script narration and instantly gave his nod to the project. However, things panned out very differently when the final star cast was announced on August 17. Nawaz was nowhere to be seen at the event and instead, Arshad Warsi had been roped in for his role.
