Rishi Kapoor Aand Neetu's Iconic Bunglow Krishna Raj To Undergo A Complete Makeover

RISHI-NEETU MOVE OUT OF KRISHNA RAJ
ICONIC BUNGLOW TO BE REBUILT; WILL RANBIR RETURN HOME?
So, after Rajesh Khanna’s iconic bungalow Ashirwad, another legendary Bollywood and Mumbai landmark is all set to have a big makeover.
Rishi and Neetu Kapoor will soon move out of Krishna Raj, their residence. So, what’ll happen of the house?
Well, the Kapoors are all set to rebuild the house to adjust it to their needs.
A source close to the Kapoor Khandan told SpotboyE that the entire structure would be razed, and two houses will be built on the plot.
The premises will have modern amenities like a swimming pool and even a mini theatre, it remains to be seen who moves into the other house.
Well, Rishi has earlier categorically said that he misses his son Ranbir, so it’s anyone’s guess who Rishi has in mind for moving in to the new house.
And till the new structure is ready, they will shift to another property they own on Hill Road, Bandra, Mumbai. This place is close to their bungalow. Interestingly, Rishi will have cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin as a neighbour when he shifts the Hill Road house.
SpotboyE told you earlier that the Kapoors had an RTI filed against them by the Pali Hill Residents Association aka PHRA, when reports of the renovation poured in first.
When we had contacted Madhu Poplai, Secretary of the association, she confirmed that one of the committee members had filed a RTI on behalf of PHRA asking for exact and detailed information on Kapoors' plans of reconstruction and expansion if any.
But Rishi and Neetu have overcome their hurdles, with the BMC giving the required permission and formalities being completed. The two will soon be all set to move into a new, swankier residence.
And what about Ranbir, you ask? Well, he has already moved out with girlfriend Katrina Kaif to another property in Carter Road close to home itself.
The million dollar question is: Will he return to Krishna Raj with Katrina once the rebuilding is done? Time will tell.
